Manufacturer warranty

Every tire sold by MyTyres.az is covered by the manufacturer's warranty for 5 years from the date of manufacture or until 80% tread remains — whichever comes first.

What's covered

• Rubber separation, structural defects, uneven tread wear caused by manufacturing flaws.
• Discrepancies between the manufacturer label and actual specifications.
• Balancing issues detected at the time of installation.

What's not covered

• Mechanical damage (cuts, punctures, impact damage).
• Wear from running on incorrect pressure or without balancing.
• Tires mounted on an incompatible rim.
• Signs of vulcanization or chemical repair.

How to claim

1. Bring the tire and proof of purchase to our Baku service center.
2. Inspection is completed within 3–5 business days.
3. If the defect is confirmed, you'll receive a free replacement or a full refund.

MyTyres service commitment

On top of the manufacturer's warranty, every online order comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if you're not happy with the tire within the first 500 km after installation, we'll exchange it for a different model.
