Delivery

MyTyres.az delivers tires and wheels to every region of Azerbaijan. Orders in Baku and the surrounding area arrive within 24 hours; other regions receive their orders in 2–4 business days.

Shipping rates

• Baku & Absheron: free on orders over 500 AZN. A flat 10 AZN fee applies to smaller orders.
• Regions: calculated by distance and volume. The exact amount is confirmed when your order is processed.
• Fitting service: tire mounting at our Baku partner workshops is offered at a discounted rate.

Payment methods

• Online bank card (Visa / Mastercard) — secure 3D-Secure checkout
• Bank transfer (invoicing with VÖEN available for legal entities)
• Cash or terminal on delivery

All payments run through an encrypted channel; we never store your card data on our servers.

Receipt & inspection

Please inspect the package in front of the courier at the time of delivery. If you find any damage, you can reject the shipment or request a replacement with a courier act. See our Returns policy for details.
