14-day return window

In line with the Azerbaijani Law on Consumer Rights, you may return or exchange an unused product whose commercial appearance has been preserved within 14 days of the purchase date.

Return conditions

• The tire must not have been mounted (mounting marks or wear disqualify the return).
• Original labels and packaging must be intact.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.
• Manufacturing defects are covered by our warranty — see the Warranty page.

Process

1. File a return request via our Contact form or call +994 12 488-XX-XX.
2. Our team will reach out within 1 business day to arrange pickup time and location.
3. After inspection, the amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 banking days.

Exchanges

In case of size or model mismatch, we offer free exchanges for another product of equivalent value. Any price difference can be settled at the time of exchange.
